Exactly what I needed
Upright freezer was missing the top shelf. Ordered the shelf from Sears. and added shelf to the freezer. FYI - Freezer wa purchased as is at St. Louis Appliance, Westport, MO.

I put the left side in first and was not able to get the right side in.hen I put the right side in first the left side went in. Shelf fits great.

Freezer shelf
The part that we got, the box looked like a truck had run over it and the shelf was slightly bent. It was a shelf for my freezer. I was able to straighten out the bend and install it in my freezer though.
