Don't know what they are doing

This was the 2nd time for the same issue, neither corrected the issue I explained BOTH times that my LG gas range had the F9 error code, the 1st time they said it was the control board, they sent the wrong part, I sent it back they then try to say it was a faulty door switch and I said could it be the ignitor? To which they said yes so they sent the wire harness and I reiterated that it wasn't my stove top that wasn't igniting, it was my OVEN and they still insisted that the wire harness would solve the problem. IT DID NOT, but in order to send that part back I have to take apart the entire stove top and front knob area (I m NOT in the mood, I'm so mad). My question is, How many issues does the F9 error code include on the LG gas range? I'm still trying to find a local service repair business that can just come to my home bc I'm sick of the chatting on line DIY run around. The fires, heavy smoke and COVID have really made it difficult to get my oven up and running again; I have been without an oven since the second week of August. In a nutshell, I don't recommend this place. If I could give them zero stars I would. On a side note, the first part they sent that was wrong was very easy to return but I won't know if I got my credit card reimbursed until I get that statement.
