Part was defective out of the box.

Shipping box was beat up/ damaged on arrival; pcb was not wrapped in electrostatic film. When installed the board was dead - no power to front display, no lights inside fridge, compressor wouldn't run. Reinstall old board and front display lit up, and compressor started. Appears that I either received a bad new board, or they sent me a board someone else had returned. Waiting for another "new" board to fix my defective oem pcb.
