Installation of the Motor and Motor Control board went well until the final connection. My connector was not compatible with the connector on the new control board. The chat room was useless, the Tech. line was not interested is a resolving the issue and cut me off to forward me to Customer Care. The employee at customer care was caring and interested in a resolution, but could only offer a refund. In the end, I ran a couple of jumper wires to the mismatched connectors and resolved the issue with little or no know how, and the washer has been running like a champ. Really? Come on Sears, you're better than that!
