Works as intended, easy to install

Product got my Neptune washer up and running again. Was easy to install. Took about an hour total including taking time to thoroughly clean out 15 yrs of lint and dust. No special tools needed. Washer runs very quiet with new motor and control board installed.

Part Incompatible

Installation of the Motor and Motor Control board went well until the final connection. My connector was not compatible with the connector on the new control board. The chat room was useless, the Tech. line was not interested is a resolving the issue and cut me off to forward me to Customer Care. The employee at customer care was caring and interested in a resolution, but could only offer a refund. In the end, I ran a couple of jumper wires to the mismatched connectors and resolved the issue with little or no know how, and the washer has been running like a champ. Really? Come on Sears, you're better than that!
