Disappointed, but support is good!
Web description was misleading, making me assumed that it is part I need. After waiting couple dais by receiving I faced incorrectness! It takes time to resolve the situation; but I have pleased that I have complete return, including shipping-and-handing expences. Finally, I have about week delay in my task and some useless communications and mailing effort for returning, not mentioned about emotional site...

Great job
New burners , new burner cross overs , new burner heat covers , and 3 new grates ! The hardest part of the job was getting the old rusty parts out . I had to grind off the rusted screws. After that it was a breeze! All the new parts were a perfect fit! Thank you Sears parts direct!

Fit perfectly and it's like I have a new grill!
