Easy to install.
I looked at videos talking about unhooking electricity, etc. All we had to do was pull the dishwasher out a little bit and unhook the spring... replace the part and all was good.

Order two.
Easy install. The hardest part was pulling out the dishwasher. I ordered two because I wanted to pulled out the dishwasher only once. Glad I did...both were broken.

Easy to Install
What is required to install. Answer for me, Turn the water off and disconnect the water line to the dishwasher (excess from under front door panel). You need to do this to pull the dishwasher out about 5-6 inches to access the left and right door hinge (just behind the front door panel (bottom). Remove the spring from the hinge and you can slide the new "Friction Sleeve" on. Very easy. More time is needed to pull the dishwasher out then to put the new parts on. Suggest taking a photo of this before you start any disassembly so you have a record/photo before you take anything apart. Suggest replacing both the right and left sleeve. If one failed, the other is on it's way.
