This dip tube (part number 9001595) is for water heaters.

Dip tube 9001595 directs cold fill water to the bottom of the water heater tank.

Disconnect electrical power to the water heater, turn off the water supply and drain the tank before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.
