Sears sucks

The product was fine but I could have gotten it somewhere else cheaper and they would not have lied about it being in stock. You can review the item anyway you like but the email says to review your shopping experience with sears. The do not want you to focus on their poor customer service or their poor shipping or them lying about a product being in stock when it clearly was not in stock. It is no wonder they went bankrupt. Good luck with the comeback. Craftsman was the only reason I ever shopped sears and you all managed to drag them down with you.
