I recceived 3 orders, all were wrong. I was assured the last one was correct. They would not send me a picture until i provided credit card info, I did that, they sent me a picture, again it was wrong , so I called back with in 5 minutes and cancelled the order. I was told it would be cancelled and I would not be billed. I have 2 other orders that are wrong, but of course the return process which includes me paying the return freight, is not worth the hassle, I have $65 worth of stuff that I cant use for a mower worth about $100. No wonder Sears is basically out of business. To top it off the picture of the part I need is on there website on one of there "how to install videos" They still could not find the part .
