easy to install
Pull freezer door open and remove top rack to gain access to arm located on the left side of unit. With an off set screwdriver remove the old arm and replace with the new, it can only go on one way. Piece of cake.

I had other things to do like a noisy fan (ice build up in the fan chamber) and the heater drain tube clip that helps defrost the drain tube itself (factory part "Refrigerator Drain Tube Heater" is inadequate) and the actual ice tray so I emptied the freezer and pulled the baskets out. I was waiting for another provider to ship since this one was back-ordered and came in I think 2 months later when I removed my broken part. I left it finger tight for easy removal later. When the part cam in I unscrewed the old piece and simply installed the new one with a right angle short Phillips screwdriver while the baskets, food, and ice maker were in place. The screwdriver for the tight space is key.

can install it from the left side without removing the ice maker. careful not to drop the screw - smaller head phillips. you'll need a stubby screwdriver.
