Fit & Function - Good
Fan motor replacement was not a difficult task and fit into the original assembly unit. Note to others: Ensure you keep fan blade and bushing mounts as the replacement kit does not include these items. Additionally, you will need to use the electrical plug assembly from the original fan motor. Cut the plug assembly wires off the old motor keeping as much wire as possible then crimp on electrical fittings (not included in package) suitable for connection to the new motor. Did not use the ground wire connection as original fan wiring did not have one. Older Kenmore Elite unit with bottom freezer drawer.

The older part was self contained with a plug. I needed to cut the wires and put the whole new part together. Just not that easy.
