The parts are great. The site missed out on a sale
The parts I ordered were perfect. The site, however, missed out on a bigger purchase by not informing me how many paddles were needed for my snowblower. It was negative 30 degrees when I ordered these parts. I had no desire to sit in my garage counting paddles. Anyway, I ordered 2 when I needed 4. A more readable diagram of my machine would have resulted in more revenue for the company.
