I at first had to deal with your AI and after requesting a human several times AI finally added a human, I told him what my problem was and also the fault code I was getting on the stove. He did some investigation and came back with Range Oven control Broad, which had been a suggestion from appliance repairperson, I saw where it said that the board was not returnable, but he said that would not be the case in my situation because I was getting the help from someone in customer service doing the course of my calling in and losing connection I spoke with 3 techs and all 3 said the same thing when I questioned the NO RETURN I have a printout of the CHAT 2 men and the last was a lady. Now I cannot get anyone past AI unless I am buying something, I need you to honor what I was told and give me a way to return this part that did not repair the fault code. I am now going to my credit card company. the order number is C261203. I am a senior citizen and do not have funds to just give away to a company that I have done business with all my life; I have the part packed just as it was when I received it and I still have the same fault code 11 on my range!
