Not Happy at all with Sears Parts Direct
Part shipped in container that broke open. Called Sears Parts Direct and informed that part was lost in shipping. They ordered new replacement. Received the part in 2 days but wrong part. Called back and new prefer was placed, part shipped and received that in 2 days. SAME WRONG PART AGAIN. Called again and nothing has been done. Waiting on a phone call that I'll never receive. Waiting on a part that I have paid for but have not received. Not a happy camper. Next phone call to them is cancel and refund my account.
