No threads were tapped.
I had to mount them using stainless steel nuts and bolts.

Mounting not correct
Mounting holes were not tapped. Had to use four bolts and nuts for mounting. Be sure to grease new mandrals before using as they don't have grease. Hope this one last more than 42 hours.
