I logged on to this site to find the part needed for repair of my microwave. Chat game on and offered to help and review my problem and recommended a part. They filled out the order and collected payment. When part arrived it was the wrong part. I called to return and was informed the part was not returnable. Finally got to a real person (not AI) and they agreed to refund the purchase and offer to sell me another part at 80% of the cost of a new microwave. I said no and they said I would receive a return voucher via email in 24-48 hours. One week later still nothing received. Now I'll have to start all over again trying to get my refund. Scammy company??
