THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY. I WAS ABLE TO LOOK UP THE PART AND ORDER IT THROUGH SEARS PARTSDIRECT. IT SHIPPED WITHIN A FEW DAYS WITH STANDARD SHIPPING. PART ARRIVED AS PROMISED. IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL PART. FOR CONVENIENCE I TOOK OFF THE FRONT OF AMANA FRONT LOAD WASHER. PART INSTALLATION WASN'T TOO BAD. THE MOST DIFFICULT PART WAS INSTALLING THE OUTER METAL RING WHICH SECURES THE GASKET TO THE FRONT PANEL. MY SUGGESTION IS TO PUT SMALL AMOUNT OF LUBRICANT LIKE DISH WASHER LIQUID ON THE METAL RING, WALK IT AROUN THE GASKET. HAVE SOMEONE SECURE ONE SIDE WITH THE TIP OF A BLUNT NOSE TOOL WHILE WAKING THE OTHER SIDE AROUND THE GASKET. THE OLD GASKET WAS CHANGED BECAUSE OF MOLD ISSUE. AFTER REPLACEMENT WITH THE NEW GASKET I PUT THE OLD GASKET IN DILUTED BLEACH AND THE MOLD WAS EASILY WASHED OFF. I WILL SAVE THE OLD GASKET FOR FUTURE USE, IF NEEDED.

Not a hard job, just watch the video. The outer metal retainer installation was the hardest part and I didn't see it covered in the video but just use some pliers to stretch the spring
