I use the snow blower for my own use and have had it since 2009. Has not gave me any trouble till got into ice and snow at the end of the drive. Needs some shear pin to protect the front gear box. Service for parts was very good, was suprised to get that kind of help. Only wish you had not closed so many stores. We have none close. Thank you again.
