Problems Everytime
Part was fine, but Sears was horrible. Cancelled first order for some reason no one could explain and the charged me more money to reorder the same part. It wasn't enough to spend another 45 minutes on hold to correct. I order 100+ parts a year from different vendors and Sears by far has the most problems.
