The wheels on the replacement are the wrong ones. They rub against the wall of the dishwasher. The wheels are too wide.

Not what I expected
Experienced multiple backorder delays (3 mos.) with this rack. Customer service was not at all helpful in determining the cause. The new rack does have better rollers than the original, but the organization of tines to hold dishes is opposite of the original and not as convenient to load.
