DRAWER WORKED FINE
I ORDERED THE DRAWER AND AN INTERNAL SOAP DISH . THE SOAP DISH SHOWED UP A COUPLE DAYS LATER . THEN THE DRAWER SHOWED UP IN 2 WEEKS WITH THE SOAP DISH INSIDE THE DRAWER ALREADY . I WISH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE NOTICED I WAS GETTING THE SOAP DISH TWICE . I DON'T NEED 2 SOAP DISHES BUT THAT'S THE PROBLEM OF BUYING ON-LINE .

No problems with installation
Most of the time was taken moving parts from the old drawer to the new drawer. Two of them snap in and I went slow removing them to be certain I didn't break anything. If I had bought the drawer complete with new parts installed replacing the old drawer would have taken less than 10 minutes.
