Easy to install once I got the right parts!

I first received the wrong parts (5 pcs) for my grill. Had to send them back and reorder the right part! Instead of getting 5 pcs I only received 1 and had to reorder 4 more pcs. Once I got all of the right pcs. They were easy to install!

SAVOR PLATE CONFUSION IN PARTS CATALOG

THE PARTS CATALOG INDICATED 4 TAMERS WITH THAT PART#. I NEEDED 4 SAVOR PLATES. WHEN PLACING ORIGINAL ORDER, THE WOMAN SAID I NEEDED 1 ITEM, WHICH WOULD BE 4 PLATES. HOWEVER WHEN REVIEWING ORDER, IAS I WAS GETTING JUST ONE. CALLED TO CLARIFY ORDER AND THEN HAD TO ORDER THE OTHER 3, WHICH I NOW HAVE. HAPPY SHIP/ARRIVE DATE WAS SEPTEMBER & HAVE THEM NOW, 30 DAYS EARLIER.
