Wrong Parts Delivered

I gave the model number of the garage door opener and ordered the drive belt and pulley. Both parts do not fit this model. The belt should be 7/16 inch wide, you shipped 1/2 inch. Also the spacing between sprockets should be 5/16, you shipped 1/2 inch. Pulley was too narrow to fit belt. I wish to return both parts. Please send authorization. And let me know if you have the correct parts.
