No problem to install at all.
I spent 30 years in the office machine business so I had all the tools I needed. No problem at all to remove and install the new sprocket and keeper.

this chainsaw sprocket easy to change out
This is the second drive part for an electric chain saw. An old one came with the house ,when purchased. Making repairs was only as difficult as finding this web source. Once found I chose to replace the internal drive parts . The outer chain drive should have been done at the same time. It was worn to deep groves making chain tension impossible. In some respect the parts are more expensive than a complete new saw. They just don't make them the way they used to.

Easy to install.
Slip sprocket over drive shaft. Purchase a retaining ring also. There is a high chance of loosing original during sprocket replacement.

just what I ordered.
Easy to install but don't forget to buy the retaining ring or two. They are small and seen to get lost easily. Just hated to spend $ 9.00. Freight for small parts that would have see sent u a mail. HIS was more than parts. But no other choice.
