Refrigerator door shelf
It took 3 weeks to get this part. Had to call Customer Service and inquire as to why the status of my order was still "in process" and not yet shipped. Customer service said they didn't know when I would get...."you'll get it eventually." I told them I'd give it only a couple more days...then two days later I got a notice that it just shipped. It's not exactly the same part but it worked.

Perfect fit!
I moved into a rental that had a fridge that was completely missing one of the door shelves. I searched for the model number and quickly found the replacement part on Sears Direct. Although not original, it fit perfectly!
