exact replacement - works great

Tied wire on connector from behind before pulling it throught and used that to pull the new connector to the back of the stove.

Make sure you take the back fire wall off

So taking off the old igniter is easy, but after you take the back firewall off, tie a string to the old square plug when you bring it forward...THEN, tie that string to the plug on the new igniter and pull it back through the back wall. The you don't need "spider monkey fingers" to try to feed the wires through blindly.

Cheers

Hell to install in upper oven

Due to design in the double oven range only 3 inches of the existing igniter wires can be accessed way at the back of the upper oven cavity non of which is mentioned in any instructions. So the nice plastic connector on the new igniter will have to be cut off and you have to buy ceramic wire nuts or a ceramic terminal block online. (Not stocked locally but included with non Sears igniters.) Then the existing igniter wires must be cut and stripped way at the back of the oven. Careful the they do not slip out of site. Removing the oven door may be required. The other panel and diffuser removal are easy and covered in instructions.
