Perfect
Very easy to install plus solved issue of riding/sliding too far during operation and rubbing the motor with end stop cap lacking on original freezer assembly. Some may confuse problem as evaporator sensor issue as I did at first. Fan simply hit motor cage bolts stopping all functions. Ice build up gradually began then full stop. Bottom and mid drawers plus lower shelf removed. Few evaporator/fan protection panel phillips screws and two motor frame 5/16s bolt screws freezer like new again. Food did not have time to thaw at all.

Fan for Maytag Freezer MQF1656TEW00
It is just the fan blade. lt has the little stopper clip on tip to stop the fan from sliding into the bolts holding the fan motor.

Replaced evaporator fan.
Fit my refrigerator perfectly. Old fan was sliding down the motor shaft and becoming jammed against the motor mount screws. New fan has an additional clip to prevent the fan from moving.
