Sears website and Customer Service Incorrect

Website and customer service confirmed that this part would fit my elliptical. They were both incorrect. This is the second part I have ordered from Sears for this elliptical that we purchased from Sears and neither have been correct and both have not been returnable items. This could have been avoided if Sears would simply list the dimensions of the simple parts on their website or make them available to their customer service representative. I recommend that you find a different part supplier that will allow you to get the information you need to confirm the fit and allows returns if they make an error.
