It's not as hard as you may think !
When I remove the old one, I cut the ice maker line about 9" from the inlet to ice maker (top right hand corner). I use the old connection from the water housing to connect to the cut ice maker line to new ice maker line. Don't let the picture of the water filter housing scare you, anybody can do it. It took me about 2 hours to do because i also cleaned
