Very simple to install. Old panel just pops out and there is just one wire plug to deal with.

Easy to install
Used a butter knife to pry the faulty panel off, removed one cable connector, installed the connector on the new panel, snapped it back onto the freezer housing and that was it. The only confusing thing was that the replacement part came with a pre-paid UPS return label for a parts return program, but didn't have any explanation why the part needed to be returned. My part was not under warranty and when I ordered the part, there was no mention of returning a core to Sears.
