Easy to install
If you are replacing a much older rack, you can reuse the wheels from the old rack. Just be careful removing them that you don't break the latch. They can be brittle, but I removed mine and they are fine on the new rack.

Never opened the box
Part was ordered in November of 2020 and was then told that the part was back-ordered. I would get notified at least once a month about the continued back-order.I got sick of waiting so in March of this year I cancelled to part through the Chat function of the website. They wanted to connect me to sales which I did not want. This happened twice even after I told the Chat agent not to transfer me. The part was received on June 14th. Shipped back easily and they said they would credit shipping as well.

Wasn't too hard to install
It didn't require any tools, but don't throw out the wheels or silverware tray from the old rack, since this did not come with those pieces.

Perfect replacement rack for Maytag dishwasher
The dishwasher rack was a perfect replacement for the rusty, deteriorated one we had. No instructions were included, but we were able to figure out how to detach the old rollers and snap them on to the new part. Works great now!

Easy to install.
Husband just used a butter knife to get the wheels off the old rack and put them on the new rack. The wheels fit just slightly looser and rub against the dishwasher while pushing it it. On the downside, I ordered this part on January 3, 2021, and just received it on June 12, 2021.

A snap (literally)
The only difficult thing about installing this rack was removing the old wheels from the rusted rack it replaced. Get a flat-blade screwdriver and press firmly on the two tabs on the inner side of the wheel assembly until they pop free of the bar they're hooked over. Once that's done snapping onto the new rack is no trouble at all.
