The top was slightly different I had to drill 4 small holes to mount the back cross piece that holds the burners in place. Looks great

I looked up how to install the range top on my LG on YouTube. It was very easy. By ordering it direct and installing it myself, I would have paid double the cost of the cooktop to order it from an appliance repair shop and have it installed.

3 screws to remove, maybe 8 more to remove hot plates from frame. Seriously took no more than 15 min, and I was being extra careful.

Cook Top came well protected, was easy to take the old one out and transfer the elements to the new one..

Replacement stove top arrived. Caulking around edges is in poor condition. Disappointing to make this type of purchase and have defective product.

The installation requires some ingenuity as when you install the clips into the new cooktop there are no mechanisms to hold them in place. We resorted to using toothpicks.

Had to return. Arrived chipped and was actually not the right part even though we ordered the correct piece. Believe wrong part was put in box.

I ordered this glass top to replace mine that cracked. The first order I received was not a smooth black surface and the front burner was smaller. The entire glass top had a white speckle design inside the glass which makes it look dusty. I thought this was defective so we ordered a replacement and the same item arrived. And the caulk around the edges was not straight to the corners so it looks crooked. Do not recommend.
