You may need the thermal fuse too.

Our LG oven died after we ran the self-cleaning cycle. I originally ordered the thermal fuse, but I tested both the thermal fuse and the high limit thermostat (both parts look almost exactly alike) with my multimeter and found both were blown. I also had to switch out the quick connect terminals on the thermal fuse from 3/16" to 1/4" to fit the new part. Once I put the two new parts in, the oven was back up and running. I don't know if we will ever use the self-cleaning feature again, but if we do, I know how to fix it if the oven dies again.
