Very easy to install.
The hardest part about installing the motor was disconnecting the wire harness from the sheet metal that holds it in place. Even at that, it was relatively easy. The plastic fan blade easily pulls off from the shaft and the two rubber grommets pull right off after two screws are removed to get access to the motor. Total time 15 minutes.
