Getting the correct part.

The first spring was the wrong one. The second request refer to the manufacture but the link did not work. My third call I was sent a form to contact the manufacture but it was for a company to use. I was able to find a spring on the Sears Part list that looked like the one that broke. I ordered this one through Sears and when it came it is smaller than the one that broke although it did work. I only hope it will last.

Wrong part

I’ve ordered the spring three different times using the refrigerator part #795.72059.110 and each time it’s not the right spring. These are unreturnable parts so I’m stuck with them. I’m very disappointed in even speaking with a human to place the order and the wrong part was mailed to me. The middle spring is the broken one from the fridg I own.

Wrong part sent twice

I contacted Sears twice for a spring I needed for the French door and twice they sent the wrong part. They wanted to sell me the entire mullion at over $105 but I was able to find the spring I needed on Amazon and got two for less than $10. After watching a YouTube video, I replaced the spring myself in under half an hour.

Minion spring.

Not even close to being the right part. Totally useless. Disappointed in the I entered the serial number from the refrigerator and was on the Name brand website.

Not very reliable

The person on the phone researched my parts for me and made the order. I told him the exact make and model numbers and I still received the wrong parts. One part says it is not returnable. smh.... cannot use it it is the wrong part ordered by the Sears Rep.

Would not let me return. Spring was wrong size.

I ordered a spring for $5 for my refrigerator and it was shipped by UPS and shipping $8.49. It was the wrong part and they would not let me return it. POOR SERVICE when one can exchange.
