HAVE HAD PART STOP WORKING WITHIN A YEAR SO I AM RETURNING IT AND WILL BE LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATE REMOTE CONTROL WHICH IS CONFIGURED DIFFERENTLY

There was nothing to install. It was a new control for the air conditioner. It is working fine. It was quite expensive since it cost 20.00 for shipping of this tiny little control.
