Lawn Tractor Transaxle Oil Plug 792154

This is the last order to sears parts direct

I was sent the wrong part, it is a simple rubber plug that is used to cover the access hole in my transaxle for my Sears lawn tractor, model 917-272850. The part number is 792154 and is what is specified. However it is clearly too big. The existing hole in the transaxle is 1/2" diameter while the new plug is 9/16" diameter, or 1/16" too large. The packaging is marked correctly for the part number but it will not work. This part is also marked "not returnable" on the website. What say you Sears, will you make it good?
