Wrong part again

Order 4 parts, 2 were the wrong parts. Still waiting for the right ones. First rep did not even send me a email, out right lied about the arrival date. Ordered parts on the 6th won't get the final parts till the 18th if they are the right ones. Very disappointed in the service for the first time. I have all Sears tools and this is a first.
