Steering Shaft Bushing
Ordered correct part and received the part that was ordered. I have a mower that is about 10 yo. Manufacturing specifications have changed and the new part didn't fit my mower. The process whereby a customer verifies that the new part fits the end item failed to work in this instance. Sears refunded all costs including shipping costs.
