Easy but not easy
The process was easy enough. Disassemble, replace part, reassemble. The steps to accomplish this were the not easy part. Having a lift to raise the front end would have been helpful, but blocks worked fine. The only real drawback was the fact that it took 6 months for the last part in the order to arrive. I do understand that, due to what has been going on. They did keep me in the loop via emails.

This is the third time replaced within 5 years.
Gear plate part of the pinion steering mechanism all together very weak. Failure within a short period of time. Steering system needs some more research and development. Parts are reasonably priced.
