Showed item in stock, placed order, a few days latter seen item on back order. Called to check and told they could not give me an estimated delivery date. Canceled order. Guess what showed up the next day? Now I have to go through hassle of returning and I lose shipping cost since I ordered it from another site (both sites shipped from same warehouse, but the other site had better tracking) I will not order from Sears again unless I have no other option, they need to improve their tracking and their customer service!
