Observation before disassembly
To access the retaining screws for the top front panel, only remove the screws along the sides on the inside panel. That will allow you to drop the bottom front panel, and thereby expose the four screws retaining the front top panel. Remove those four screws from the outside with the door raised. Lift the top front panel up and clear of the switch gear. Unroute the wiring to the LED panel. Pay good attention to how the buttons and especially the LED panel is designed and assembled to the top fromt panel. It will help you do the disassembly and removal from the old panel and assembly into the new panel.
