It IS NOT easily installed by customer. I still have the part UNINSTALLED even after your technician came out to install it. There are NO VIDEO, AUDIO nor common sense instructions available THAT WORK to uninstall the old part or install the new part. The model number instructions DO NOT EXIST'even the technician was looking/calling around for helpful instructions..even asking us for our opinion/instructions
