Easy to install, but poor customer service.
The component was easy to install, but what I didn't know was that LED lights affect the radio frequency. Installed the unit and it worked fine, but when I took the remote approximately 20 from the controller, it would not function. Tried to call Sears customer service several times during their open hours and kept getting the response they were closed. Finally called the manufacturer, Chamberlain, and they were very helpful.
