Hardest part was removing bolts from broken housing. A torch and vice grips did the trick.

Not easy.
Not easy because the self tapping bolts would not back out, instead they all snapped off. I had to go to the hardware store and get four bolts and lock washers with nuts to install it after I drilled out the holes to fit the bolts. The mandrel should come with four new bolts or a note telling you to order them.

It took me about an hour. I am 82 years old so might have been faster if I were younger.

Fit perfect
Part arrived on time and fit like the original. Taking old part off and replacing with new took about an hour. The trickiest part was disassembly and reassembly of a braking mechanism that needed to be removed allowing access to the bolts under pulley.

I was made of cast aluminum ! It didn't last 10 min. And broke all to pieces.
