It was easy to order once I spoke to the correct person that was extremely helpful. however, very disappointed with the repairman Sears tried to send out to my house. He called the morning of the appointment and I ask if he had the part and he told me no that he was only coming out to see what he needed. I told him the part number I had gotten from Sears Direct and he told me he was not given any other direction except to come out and verify what needed done. Then he quoted me a price for the part as double what was told to me when I called. Then, he told me the part was no longer available. He said it probably would be better if I just bought a new range and he canceled the appointment. I then called the Sears direct back and went through the entire story and the man told me the part was available and I ordered it. It took about two weeks to get. My husband just installed it last week and guess what? I saved on the cost of a repair call.
