Sent me someone else's used return item

I received a UPS package. Inside was the part enclosed in a kitchen trash bag. I removed the part and it had food stains, drip marks, duct tape and scuffs. It also did not function. Inside was a return receipt from the other customer dated August of 2022. I am currently trying to figure out how to return this item and get a refund but there is no one to speak with. You have to work thru bots and then some kind of chat room. I will update if this gets resolved.
