Transit nightmare
The part got bent and twisted in transit and I was unable to use it. I had to reorder and hopefully this one will be undamaged. Meanwhile food is spoiling. Ugh

Relatively easy but pay attention to the details
Yes, the old one pops out easily enough. As others have stated, clean the channel before installing the new one. Other have mentioned lube solutions but I haven't seen soapy water--that's what I used. 98% of the install is easy but you have to make sure you completely seat the gasket--all the way around the door, including the bottom where it may be a little tough. You have to really push and work the gasket to get it 100% seated and sealed. I did use a heat gut set to low to finish.

Great fit
Found this gasket for right side of side-by-side refrigerator for both freezer side and refrigerator side. Very hard to find others that carry the item where extreme shipping and extreme price for the product. This company price was very reasonable as well as shipping. the items arrived on time as scheduled, fridge side was backordered( company sent me email) and still arrived within 3 days of the first one. II gasket was bungled when delivered by UPS it was scrambled unfit for use, called company I sent back they replaced it with no problem within 3 days . great replacement fit for my refrigerator Frigidaire model #FRS6LF7JS0.. looks good fits perfectly and it's doing the job designed to do, HIGHLY recommend this company
