Don't be alarmed.

After I installed these, it was quite noticeable that the magnet was not as strong and in some places it wasn't quite sealing well. BE PATIENT. Give it a few hours or a day and make sure you push and hold the door closed fornit to seal. Over time the gasket will seal much better than initially. I wish I would have known. Overall, I am glad I changed. Maybe overthinking, but maybe these magnets aren't quite as strong as old gaskets.

Old gasket came off and went back on easily. This gasket, which Sears advertised as matching the precise model of my fridge, did not fit.
