These wear out with use - retain the wheels
Bolts are 9/16 inside and 3/4 outside. The 3/4 is a thin head and it really would help to have three hands on this: Two on the outside and one ratcheting from the inside.The inside nut is a lock nut (i.e., no lock washer). These shoulder bolts wear with use. I had two that wore flat spots on the bolt. One of them broke during operation - and the wheel fell off. Plan on periodic maintenance of these bolts.
